Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 45001 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the 45001 management team. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform, and your continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of the 45001 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in regions where online betting activities are permitted under local law.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 45001 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. 45001 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to comply with such requests may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.
- Your account password is solely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 45001 support team immediately.
- 45001 is not liable for any loss resulting from a user's own disclosure of their login credentials.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the 45001 platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or negatively affect other users' experience. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorised access to 45001's systems.
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system in any unauthorised manner.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without platform authorisation.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity or financial fraud.
45001 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All transactions on the 45001 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and major Malaysian online banking services.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is RM10. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. 45001 is not liable for any delays resulting from errors caused by the user or third parties.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes, subject to security verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. 45001 reserves the right to request proof of account ownership before processing large withdrawals.
Any deposit credited in error will be voided and reversed. Users are prohibited from transferring their account balance to any third party without written consent from the 45001 management team.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 45001 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranty regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or uninterrupted service. 45001 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, third-party payment failures, or data loss caused by factors beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 45001 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 45001 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 45001 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers. 45001 does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third-party services. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
45001 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
- Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Should no violation be confirmed, the balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to Terms
45001 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or their registered email address. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 45001 operates. Any disputes arising will be resolved through the procedures established by the relevant jurisdiction.
